Rapid Prototyping
As the name implies utilizes various methods to quickly build 3 dimensional, physical models for viewing new products, component aesthetics, and sections, or to confirm part fit. Predictive analysis techniques have advanced to a stage where they can be usefully applied to assess structural concerns from the clay modeling phase to support concern resolution at program development phase. Brick and Byte Structures staff will be professional engineers experienced in the application of advanced and classical engineering analysis techniques with practical knowledge of the industries we serve.

The Brick and Byte Structural analysis team will build substantial experience in the following fields of analyses: Stiffness and strength evaluation of metal and composite structures using static linear and nonlinear stress analysis for lighter, stronger, more efficient design.

Technical Competencies

Brick and Byte design engineering personnel work with customer styling and marketing project staff to provide early concept and feasibility work for establishing product features and packaging parameters, as well as Bill of Material development.

From concept approval and raw pick data, Brick and Byte designers will develop product surfaces in CAD to customer specifications, and under engineering direction supported by manufacturing and analysis progress the full design in the requested CAD system.
